So obviously my weight loss isn't exactly what I wanted this week, however I know where I went wrong and how to fix it 

Highlights of my week:  No Diet Coke at all, even though I had given myself permission to have two over the weekend I didn't and that is a huge accomplishment for me as I have been known to have up to 5 diet cokes a day!  I also stuck to my goal of drinking all my water every day. 

Exercising was also a huge bonus this week, I did exercises 4 of the past 7 days and a couple of those days I did a morning and afternoon workout, one at home and another at the gym.

Lowlights:  Clearly my weightloss is a downside, however I have to look at that and believe that it will come and I will lose this excess weight.  It takes two weeks to create a habit and since I'm one week in I just need to keep following through on my good habits.

This week I will continue with my exercise (already got in my morning workout) daily with taking a break on Sunday, I will also continue with my water...and lastly I will document my food!  The biggest change for me will be how much food I eat and what I eat; I am the shopper in the house so I have surrounded myself with healthy choices which will hopefully make this easier for me!
