I have done this before numerous times.  I lose the weight and it creeps back on.  Actually it feels like it comes back on faster than it came off.  I hope this game gets me back to the place of losing this weight and I can work on why I gain it back.  In the past, I get tired and exhausted of keeping up the pace and dealing with stress.  I plan to try and stay at a manageable place.  I feel so much happier with the weight off and being healthy.
