Hi Amanda, we are all warriors. In one way or the other. I recognised myself lots in your post. There are also a lot of should-dos instead of can-dos, like with me. But its your decision. You can do or you leave it. What helped me to get from planning into action, away from should into the motivation to act was the thought "only 15 minutes!". There are workouts that lasts only 15 minutes. Go for it. Do workout only 15 minutes. Maybe you will stay longer, maybe you stop after 15 minutes. Your results will be extremly positive for yourself. Because you decided to workout and you did workout. All those little endorphines will get awake and will make you wanting to workout more or on a higher frequency. And results will come along.

Hi Amanda, The "better than I deserve" title of your post caught my eye because I also listen to Dave. Have you heard about the man on Dave's show that lost a ton of weight (400lbs) while getting out of debt (60K). He used the same concept for both. His name is Bryan Ganey. You can see it video on Youtube if you look up Bryan Ganey's Story. Good luck on your journey.
