Well, this morning my scale produced a pleasant surprise. I am down a few ounces, which is alright with me. My game plan is a few ounces per day so that I will keep the weight off, and my body is not shocked by a sudden and unrealistic weight loss. This journey is exactly what I needed to hold myself accountable for the overeating that I have been doing lately. Good luck to everyone. I am cheering for you.
