It's day two after my weigh in. As of this morning I was a few ounces less than yesterday; however, I might have eaten plenty this afternoon to make up for the slight deficit. Which brings me to a valid question. Sometimes I wonder if my increased appetite is real, or am I bored? Since I began working from home--and now that I have easy access to my pantry and fridge--I often sneak bites of 'this and that' randomly throughout the day. Hmm. Even thought I workout near high intensity every morning, I am uncertain if the intensity justifies my (not being very hungry) cravings. Oh well, it's time to figure out why I over indulge, especially when I feel 'a little hungry'. Either way, I got this! It's all about girl power. And I got the power! !
