I am finally starting see results toward my goal of losing a few pounds around my midsection. Thank goodness. For the record, dieting around PMS, and going through The Change, is a challenge all by itself. LOL!! I believe any woman that can defeat these odds, is a Superwoman. Ladies, I am learning how to listen to my body so that I can properly combat eating unnecessarily due to hormonal cravings, opposed to actual hunger cravings. Learning the difference has been a HUGE success for me.
