I'm so glad I found this challenge and I need to remind myself that I'm only competing with myself! My goals for the next three months (I like to break them up into smaller intervals): Complete this challenge successfully (lose the 4%), Finish P90, Drink at least 100 ounces of water daily, and try a new recipe weekly.

I find a lot of recipes on www.skinnytaste.com. She's been my go-to-gal when I started my weightloss journey and my family even approves! Today I made Santa Fe Chicken (crockpot) and we will get several meals out of it. I like to put it on rice, lettuce, or a low-carb tortilla. We also made the flour-less brownies -- they turned out fabulous!
