In addition to my exercise plan and following Weight Watchers for tracking, below are a few habits I want to cultivate:

  • Ice water. I tend to drink my water room temp, but studies show that drinking ice water helps you lose weight faster. 
  • Volumetrics. I want to be sure to include some high water content food at or before every meal. Sugar-free yogurt, watermelon and other high-water content fruits and veggies, broth, sugar free jello.
  • Don't sit longer than 20 minutes without walking at least 2 minutes.
