It is January 2,2014. I am 265lbs. The most I've ever weighed in my life....I have 3 kids all under 4 years old. Today I started off by eating a yogurt and having green tea and water. For lunch..not sure yet gotta look around. For dinner I want to make something in the crock pot..I have brussel sprouts...GROSS but I'mma put them in something..I jump roped, sit ups, and some squats so far today. Wish me some luck.
