Just got done submitting my pictures. Wow! So disapointed that I let myself regain the 57 pounds I lost 2 years ago, yet totally excited because I know I can do it again, However, this time it will be different as I know I need to make a permanent life style change.

I have really good will power. When I decide to do something (and stick with it) I have been very successful. I've done a lot of soul searching this year and have realized I let food dictate my life. I am now taking charge of the food I eat and will no longer let it control me.

Meal plannng! I have fought this tool for a long time now. I have realized that this is a very important tool as it is important to have some structure to be successful. No more excuses, I'm kust doing it!

Now if I could just find this motivation for exercise..........
