I've done 3 diet bets, the last one had me to 10 lbs to my ultimate goal, I made it, but in the last week have packed almost all the pounds back on.  It's disgusting that I can do that!  I have to reach the point where I am consistent, and don't see it ast a "diet" but a kickstart to making the right healthy changes, permanently!

I know I can do it, and I will.
