Last night, I went to my mom's house to watch the Ravens-Steelers game so I didn't have time to post.

Day 3

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with spinach and peppers, banana.

Lunch/Dinner - (was not hungry at all)  Grilled chicken and broccoli, salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Over 75 oz of water.

*Very proud.. everyone else ate pizza and cheezy bread...

 

Day 4

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with spinach (seems to be my go-to), clementine and banana.

Lunch - Leftover chicken and broccoli

The past two days I have NOT been hungry... in fact I had to FORCE myself to eat lunch today (day 4).

I meal prepped today.  Made egg-muffins for breakfast for the whole week, tilapia and veggies for lunches, burger and salads for lunches. 

 

I am feeling good!

 

Sleep is normal.  I have noticed that I am not as tired during the day.  Tomorrow will be the real test. I go back to work after a long and fantastic winter break (I am a teacher).  This is going to change my whole routine... water intake - because I cannot use the bathroom whenever I want, food schedule - because I have a certain timeframe to eat lunch, overall schedule - because I have to wake up early.
