I am a former teacher and remember those late nights of grading. Keep up the great work and thank you for making a difference! I allow myself an "indulgence" when I hit a specific goal.. By the time I get to my goal, sometimes the craving is gone. Either way, I don't feel guilty. Those indulgences keep me from feeling deprived and keep me on target. Maybe you can have a PB and J when you meet a certain goal. it will satisfy your craving and feel rewarded for reaching your goals.

Don't worry about what she said. Most trainers go by the food guide pyramid and what the government says is good for you to eat. Do your own research and make decisions for yourself, just listen to your body! You don't have to eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks....listen to your body and eat when your hungry. I thought that was the point of a whole30, to reconnect with your body. You are doing awesome! Don't let other people sway your opinion! Keep up the inspiration!!!!

Hi there... I am also doing the whole 30 and yesterday I went to crossfit, ate great and felt ok. My mom uses my fitness pal so I thought I'd try out of curiosity and turns out I was only eating about 900 calories!! My coach said no no and cut my workouts down to strength only and no cardio until I get my calories up. I think it's hard to eat that many calories on the whole 30 so just be careful not to be too active unless you eat well.
