I recently committed to losing 30lbs in 6 months as one of three major goals for after graduating from undergrad. So when I learned about this dietbet challenge and couldn't say no!

 I have struggled with my weight and a food addiction my whole life. Being overweight since middle school, I am finally committed to reach a healthy weight of 145 by the beginning of summer. I will end my addiction to snacks, sweets and mindless eating while committing to a natural diet that is sustainable. I am athletic and will continue to live a healthy active lifestyle for the rest of my life. 

The past year I have been making small changes and working out regularly. I increased my water intake, vegetables, and fruits. I eat oatmeal every morning which is a huge change for me. I also cut back on drinking, late night eating, eating out, dairy products and sugary drinks. 

This next 6 months is taking my healthy habits to the next level. I AM SO EXCITED TO GET STARTED ON THIS CHALLENGE!
