I've never been one to want to dive into a chocolate cake, but I do love my carbs....maybe only second to my first-born child!  Have to say though, that I'm getting on board pretty quickly and fairly painlessly this time around.  I made up a big crock pot dish of broccoli, cauliflower, and baby new potatoes, with chicken boullion granules and some other herbs mixed in, and it's been pretty tasty!  On the way home from work today, I was very tempted to stop at Mickey D's, but I kept on going and had a huge bowl of my crock pot veggies at home.  I was able to eat until being full, enjoyed what I ate, and it was only 125 calories!  Yay, me!
