Day 5 was good.  First day back to school/work after winter break.  Finally fell asleep around 11:00PM and woke at 5:30.  Slept well.

 

Breakfast- 2 egg 'muffins' on top of spinach, apple and cinnamon, black coffee

Lunch- Baked Tilapia, green beans, almonds

Dinner- Grilled shrimp on top of salad, oil and vinegar dressing.

Water- Over 75 ounces :)

 

I am feeling a bit grumpy, but not too bad. I am more tired than I have been over the past few days but I think that is because I got less sleep last night.  My goal tonight is to be in bed by 9:30 and hopefully alseep by 10.

To be completely honest.. besides the intense cravings, I feel normal.  And from what I have heard about the Whole30, I feel like feeling normal is not normal. Ugh.. I guess everyone experiences it differently. 

I am a little concerned about my eating because I am NOT hungry... almost at all.  I hope that I am getting eating enough.  I want to lose weight, but that's not why I am doing the Whole30.  I am doing the Whole30 to rid my body of processed foods and to become over healthier.
