Today went well.
It started off strong with a weigh in at 213,8 lbs. Saturday I was at 217,2. It's hard to believe isn't it? I can hardly believe it myself. I guess the extra weight I had put on during the holidays was mostly water retention, I can't explain it any other way.
Not that I am complaining... ;)
I started today a diet program called Kilo Cardio, which is a book here in Québec. It tells you exactly what to eat through the day, recipes included. I'm not an organized person, so this method is perfect for me, since I just have to follow instructions.
It involves a lot of cooking, which will get some getting used to.
I worked out at work during lunch break. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (300 calories).
I wonder if all this will show on the scale tomorrow...
