Please give it a try, avoid anything white, by that I mean NO SUGAR, NO DAIRY, NO FLOUR, NO PASTA, NO RICE. Take a second to read the label on food, you will be amazed, sugar is everywhere! You are probably addicted to it and don't even know it.
It's not hard to eat clean and fresh, it takes a little time but it is so important to watch what your put in your body. You will have more energy to workout, you will be more productive at work, you will be happier, your partner/spouse will be happy too, your sex life will probably improve....and see results faster :)
