There's one word that can describe me right now: SORE. Specifically my quads. It's like I did leg day for 24 hours. It hurts to sit down, stand up, walk down the stairs, sit on the toilet! Hoping my BCAA kicks in hardcore. The soreness hasn't stopped me from working out though. I've powered through it.
I'm on day three of Clutch Cut and Max:30. I've also decided to download a "30 day challenge" app on my phone to focus on my core more. Who doesn't want some abs? I practiced some deadlifts as well as clean and presses today. I don't have a full size lift bar but my body pump bar from Les Mills works for practice. I'd love to try Crossfit one day or Olympic Lifting. Definitly one of my goals for 2015. Crossfit gyms are so expensive though but I guess you can't put cost into factor when you're trying to better yourself. We shall see. For now, practicing at home will suffice.
My eating has been on point. I'm staying between 1700-1800 cals/day. Yesterday I got some cravings as I saw cinnamon rolls on the counter. Looked, but didn't touch. I drank a glass of water instead. They went in the trash this morning.
I haven't done a weigh in yet since starting dietbet but I plan on doing a check on Friday morning.
