Slept on the couch last night to avoid catching whatever my fiance has.  Glad I did, because turns out he has strep throat.. and I DO NOT WANT THAT!

Today was a good day.  I was a bit tired when I woke up, but there was a two hour delay so I got to sleep a little longer. 

Breakfast- hardboiled egg, banana, walnuts.

Lunch- grilled chicken, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, raspberries.

Preworkout- hardboiled egg

Dinner- roasted carrots and potatoes, broccoli, porkchop.

 

Today was the first day I have worked out in a while.  I worked with my personal trainer, weights.  I did not do cardio because my knee has been hurting soooo badly.  Anyway, when I told my trainer that I was doing a Whole30 she did not seem too thrilled.  She recommended counting calories (or estimating) to make sure that I am not starving myself.  So I am going to use her suggestion, not to limit my calories, but monitor the amount I am eating so that I am eating enough.
