I keep reminding myself how important change is. Creating habits will train your mind for either the better or the worst. Now is the time to determine whether or not I want to feed my mind with good habits or continue on with the bad habits. Today I will take responsibility for the excuses that I've made every reoccurring new year to change my ways and my walks of life. I will put my excuses to rest and initiate my words  into actions. Today I will make changes!
