well non scale is I did not gain as much as I thought I did over the summer, and I started my DietBet duo again

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

since I wasn’t tracking anything through the summer, making the step to get back on track is what I could have done better earlier

Did my first 2 CrossFit workouts so far. They literally kick my ass and make me feel old and out of shape. But am totally loving it
