I have been here before. Day 1 of my weight loss, new lifestyle way of life. I am not dieting, I am creating new eating habits. However, I tend to find food that is boring the life out of me and exercising routines that I do not want to keep up with (Insantiy). Hahahaha

Today, I did not want to exercise. So I decided to share with you all what kicked my butt into gear. As I sat on my bed, dreading working out. I started mentally complaining about how I don't want to work out or I don't like working out. Then I asked myself, well, which don't you like more. Not working out or looking at your current body shape, naked in the mirror. Needless to say, I worked out. AND I am proud of myself for doing so. I hope this encourages whoever is reading to keep pushing and when you want to quit, ask yourself the same question that I did. Blessings, peace and love :)
