used to always looked for quick fix,
just this morning heard info comercial for a miricle drink that says you can losr 18 pnds in 2 weeks.
Now come on!!!! loose in 2 weeks and gain back in one.
Have to o the right way.
I know im gonna have slip ups but have to get right back on the wagon.
