I am sharing here some messages I posted on Facebook earlier today.  Some of the language in here is because I was posting it in my Fitbit Friends Group, but even though it says Fitbit Friends... doesn't mean it doesn't apply to Dietbet also.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE my AeroPilates Reformer!

I keep mentioning it in posts, but people never comment on it or even acknowledge it. I thought maybe I should share some videos or links to help people learn about it.

I do understand this is a Fitbit friends group, and I am in no way afflicted with AeroPilates. I am not trying to sell anything. Others share their favorite workout equipment, so I felt I was in line to share info about my favorite piece of equipment.

I'm finished sharing videos now. Im sorry for so many. I just keep mentioning my AeroPilates Reformer and keep getting no responses.  Like I said, I know this is fitbit friends, but lots of people share their other equipment ideas too. I got mine from QVC last spring for 5 easy payments of $75 after the shipping and tax was figured in. It came with the regular bar and rebounder. Now they have one that's even prettier (with a design on the platform part) that comes with bar, rebounder, and a pull up bar. I absolutely love it. It works every part of your body depending on which exercise you do. It is so low impact it's unbelievable how good it feels to use it. I'm so excited by it I wish everyone could share in my enthusiasm. I have been looking to possibly get a treadmill for years, but the good ones that have everything I want are at least twice what I paid for this. With this, I don't even need my gym membership I never use. Time to break out the DVDs that came with it and move on to more workouts!!!

I never have that "ugh I have to exercise" feeling with it. I have been walking a lot more this week with my fitbit... and at the end of the day my calves have been sore. I honestly can't wait to get on this to stretch out my legs and relax and wind down before I get into bed. My calves don't hurt anymore afterwards and I feel great when I wake up the next day. I look forward to this when my back is hurting, or one of my hips or some of my lower vertebrae are out of place slightly. I was in severe car accident 11.5 years ago and am no stranger to the chiropractor. Honestly though, since I got this thing in the spring, when I have back pain, I use this for 2 or 3 days in a row and everything realigns itself. It is as much therapeutic as it is for exercise!!!

Sorry for copying and pasting my comments from my Facebook posts, but honestly I took a lot of time on this and didn't want to spend another hour re-typing everything to fit my Dietbet blog.  I figure people will understand and get the gist of it if you read through any of this!
