Day 2 didn't go so well as far as exercise.  But I did try to walk around work more.  Ate reasonably healthy.

This morning managed to get off my butt for 15 min and did the bodyrock.tv workout # 58 Power Workout... totally modified to beginner of course.  My legs are killing me, but yeay.  Just gotta keep showing up...  Being consistent with exercise is the hardest thing for me.
