Quick post.  Writing this down to keep myself accountable. 

Just did www.bodyrock.tv today's Workout #57 – Kill the Jiggle Workout.  I've done their workouts before and they are the best fit for my schedule because they're under 15 min.  Totally modified it to fit my "haven't workout this hard in 2 years" status.  I did all body weight except for 3 lb hand weights (I know that's light).  Modified the pushups to push ups on my knees and did regular burpees.  Here we go - hopefully I can keep up with this.  Tomorrow, I will have to do it a lot earlier since I have to leave for work by 6 AM or do it after the baby goes to sleep at night.  Oh please give me the strength to overcome my morning inertia :)

Also trying to eat clean.  No fast food stops in the past week.  Trying to eat my veggies first with every meal so that I fill up faster.
