I feel like I'm on a treadmill, rat wheel, whatever euphamism you want to use. I just feel like I just get up and do the same thing every day (even though I actually don't) and that this is not fun.
So, I think I'll try to change that.
1. I've been swimming T/R - tomorrow I'm going to run instead. I like running more than swimming
2. I think I'm getting a bit sick of my workout tapes. So, I'm going to start mixing in some new ones.
3. I think I need a rest day - so I'm going to schedule one for next week when I'm single parenting (I want to take advantage of free childcare while I've got it ;-)
4. Friday husband and I are going out. I think I'm going to have a planned treat and have some beer and maybe a burger.
Also, I've been logging on here in the evening after kiddo goes to bed, and I think it's making me a bit grumpy, because being in front of my computer is what I do at the office all day. So I'm going to try to stay off the computer in the evenings for the rest of the week (shouldn't be hard, knitting tonight, hockey game tomorrow and date on Friday ;-)
