I thought I'd give an update, even though it is still early on in the competition.  My food intake has been perfect and I've started moving my bum.  I did a 20 minute walk/jog on the treadmill, so I got my heart rate up a bit and felt pretty good afterward.  Now I have to commit to walking in the morning too.  

Right now, it is 9pm and I've got a weird craving that I need something and my mind keeps drifting to food.  I'm not hungry at all, in fact I feel quite content.  However, my body is trying to tell me it craves something as my brain thinks I have a hollow feeling in my stomach.  It is making my stomach gurgle, so I'll put that down to digestion.  I know it is a trick, so I decided to write this down and hope that someone else understand the crazy war going on between my mind versus my stomach.  

They will both lose...I'm going to win this war.
