Love my new meal bag my hubby got me today! This will definitely be helpful with meal preps for my daily meals:)
Week 2/day 6: Double workout day...What a challenging workout since I missed yesterday's scheduled workout and wanted to make it up.
- makeup: Hit Plyo
(*burpee + jump forward squat+ jump up into an X = is a super crazy workout move, but I love it! Love the challenge*)
- Combo 60
Tomorrow's suppose to be a rest day, but I'm going to makeup today's workout (combat 60).
Meals:
- B: pancakes (ingredients:bananas & eggs)
- S: forgot to snack
- L: wheat tuna pita w/ lettuce
- S: apple
- D: burger protein style & tempura green beans
- chai tea :) my fav!
- water intake was not great today, I need to start carrying my water bottle with me:
