Hi everyone!!!


My morning workout consisted of an intense circuit training class at the gym today. Workout Included: 6 rounds of 30 squats w/ weights+squats+box jumps (this is the most challenging workout for me)+push-ups+Lunge jumps+more jumps. I was planning on working out tonight, but got home late : /

Meals:
B: protein shake
S: yogurt w/ apples & walnuts
L: turkey patti + kale salad
S: mini rice cakes
D: turkey patti + broccoli (tried something new for dinner. I decided to pack dinner today and warmed up my food before I left work. I ended up eating dinner in the car, and so far I'm still not hungry. My last snack of the evening will be a banana and green tea) My new goal is not to eat past 8pm, going to try my hardest!
