So, husband is away until next Thursday. I am a sneak eater like you wouldn't believe, so this is a major challenge for me. Not to mention working out gets a lot harder when you don't have someone to watch your 3 yo. Exhibit A: toddler was NOT going to bed last night and slept fitfully, so I didn't feel comfortable heading downstairs to get my workout in. Plus my bed was warm. So, backup strategy, which I figured out last week, is to head to the gym after work (toddler in tow) and make use of their childcare. It's a pretty darn good deal at $5 an hour, and they have an awesome indoor playground that hopefully with tucker her out for some better sleep tonight.

 

Milestone check-in:

3/6 meal plans - and I have all of my lunches and dinners happily stored in the fridge freezer, already portioned out. 

18/46 workouts - Saturday, I was too hungover to work out. Whoops.

11/46 days eating well - Oh man I screwed up this weekend - but Sunday and Monday back on track, which bodes well :-)

 

Ahhh! Ski pants are SOON! only 26 days. I have definitely noticed they are fitting better, but I would still appreciate some more room!
