Week 4: The final week. 

I am bouncing back and forth within a 5 lbs radius right now, mostly owing to intensifying my work outs. I am not concerned about 'making' my dietbet, but may be as little as a few ounces or as much as two or three pounds under it depending on where my body settles out to. 

Thought I would do a quick stat update for the last week going into the challenge.

Waist: 31"  (31", 42") no change

Bust: 37" (37", 46") no change

Hips: 41" (42", 47") -1"

Thighs: 24" (25.5", 28") no change

Arms: 13" (13", 15")  no change

Calves: 16" (16.5", 17") -0.5"

Total inches lost from Jan 8-Jan 21: -2" inches

 

I am not disappointed in these results, though they are drastically less significant that my previous ones. I know that I am starting to reach the stage where changes in my calf, arms and thighs will be miniscule in actual 'size' but huge in terms of composition. I can see the muscles beginning to take shape and I am starting to get more of a picture of what my body will look like now that it is no longer obese. 

I suspect that I will do another dietbet after this one. I still have a solid 20 lbs to lose to get me into a 'normal' range, but this next stage will focus much more on strength, flexibility and stamina. I want my body to be strong and healthy much more than I want it to be lean or thin.
