Hi Louise! I take measurements every two weeks or so. I am coming close to the point now where weight is a misleading way of measuring progress because my muscle development is balancing out my fat loss. (I've lost about 70 lbs, and am looking to lose about 20 lbs more of fat.) Measurements are, for me, a great way of tracking how my muscles are developing as well as how my fat is being lost. I have always found that I get better information from this than I do from just the scale :) I will for sure look into Ali Vencent's challenge!
