Well, Wednesday went okay....work was nuts so didn't make my lunch swim (got pulled into a lunch meeting) but I went home and snuck in a 20 min workout with kiddo :-) Unfortunately, that meant I didn't have time for supper, so arrived home from the work do STARVED and at 4 brownies. Ooops. Scale up a little today and I feel like crap. Moving on......
Thursday - quiet night. Planning to hit the pool with kiddo after work, so that makes it pretty hard to snack. <--still a go!
Friday - taking kiddo to a movie night at work. No interest in eating that crap. I'll stick to my tea. <--still a go! going to bring in the rest of the christmas sweets from the freezer too
Saturday - lazy morning, gym with kiddo, political do (no need to eat there), then skating with kiddo and then a friend has invited me over. I am planning to drive to keep my drinking under control, and thus eliminate unplanned snacking <--offered to DD for a friend so now it's really on
Sunday - quiet day - kid has swimming, then I'm planning to go for a workout, and was thinking we'd go skating in the evening <--winter storm warning for Sunday, so no skating :-( Perhaps kiddo and I will make some magic mud. Also I should really get some knitting done.
Monday - quiet day, but still a ways off. <-- see knitting note above
Tuesday - working until 8 pm :-(. Need to pack lots of healthy snacks. <-- man I am not excited about this.
Wednesday - knitting night with wine. I think I need to limit myself to 1 glass. It is a wednesday, after all ;-) <-- also a post yesterday reminded me I'm in meeitngs all day Wed/Thurs/Friday so I need to pack snacks and green tea :-)
