So for the last two days I had a craving for popcorn, and even when I ate correctly I was still hungry because my body is used to having lots of carbs. So in the evening I ate a fillet coat in batter (that supposedly was my afternoon snack) but then at night I was hungry and thinking of skipping my salad and eat popcorn while watching a movie...yes, very healthy. So I went on youtube and started watching some extreme body changes as motivation. And well, it worked! No, I didn't go and start exercicing but at least I ate my spinach salad and I went to bed with this sensation of not being hungry but also not being full...you know?

So today first thing in the morning I weighted myself with my pijamas on (similar clothing as I weighted myself the first day) and...ta daaaa!! One kilogram lost already!!! And eating my favourite food every morning!! That's a lot of motivation :) And even more because I just need to loose 2,5kg in total to win this bet.

Obviously I know my weight can fluctuate a lot between days, but since I already know that this "soft diet" of mine works I will keep on using it.

Here's what I ate for the last three days:

Day 1:

Breackfast:  A glass of natural orange juice and a small bowl of chocolate cereals.

Snack: A small banana

Lunch: Chicken with boiled potatos and carrots, with olive oil and salt. Coconut yogurt for dessert.

Snack: I had another small banana just in case but didn't eat it in the end.

Dinner: Soup with pasta.

Day 2

The same for breakfast, snack and lunch as day 1 (I still had food left I didn't want to go to waste)

Afternoon snack: I tried eating an apple. Big fail. Not even half of the apple eaten. So I ate some cured ham and a small portion of cheese (I'm not a big fan of cheese).

Dinner: Soup with pasta and rice with chicken and Teriyaki sauce! (yummy)

Day 3:

Exactly the same for brekfast and morning snack as previous days.

Lunch:  Oops, I ate exactly the same as the day before! Chicken, potatos and carrots. And a coconut yogurt as dessert.

Afternoon snack: A filled coat in batter...Yes, something a little bit strange.

Dinner: Spinachs salad with cured ham, carrots, a boiled egg and some olive oil and salt.

So after seeing this I noticed that I repeat a lot of food...And guess what I have for lunch today...spinachs salad!

I need to think of frozing the food so I won't have the same for three consecutive days.
