I had to cancel my registration to 2 new games. I am sick again and so are my kids.Since I know it will take at least 1 week to be up and "running". However I found out the other day that a new challenge type will be launched (soon? no date could be provided by the admin) for those who want to MAINTAIN their weight. Awesome, I thought if I get addicted to DietBet, a maintenance program would be the only way, coz I am rather close to my ideal weight (maybe 2 more 4% challenges)

I would start every day with Zuzka's killer 5 minute workout. That way you can never fail because it is done, boosts your metabolism and inspires you to eat well all day. If you do more- great, but you already have done a great workout.Make a bag of Skinny Girl Popcorn (or something similar) your treat for eating well the rest of the day. But you only get it if you.... then pick a goal like eating five servings of veggies. I'm the same way (not perfectionist- more critical but same result) I have to get the crazy working for me! Good luck!!!

Hey,those are great reasons! Eating healthy is easier than you think. I was eating junk because "eating fruit in the evening is not that healthy so what the hell, give me that pizza now!". Now I can see how ridiculous it was. Having a fruit is not going to harm you. Anyhow, good luck on your journey! I'm sure you'll find a way to eat healthy and be comfortable with it.
