Quick stat update before heading off for a 2.5 hour marathon of cardio: 5X 30 min sessions including Cardio Step, Zumba, TRX, Cardio Strength, and Yoga! I am going to be one tired, sweaty, proud mess of a woman when I am done!
Waist: 30.5" (31", 42") -0.5"
Bust: 37" (37", 46") no change
Hips: 41" (42", 47") no change"
Thighs: 24" (25.5", 28") no change
Arms: 12" (13", 15") -1" per arm!
Calves: 14.5" (16.5", 17") -1.5" per calf, total of 3"
Total inches lost from Jan 21-Jan 24: -5" inches!
Weight is still fluttering between 5% and 6% of total body weight lost. I am not concerned about making my dietbet, but it would be nice to see that final number closer to the 6% loss :)
