I have a gym membership and also use at home DVDs for some of the work outs. I have three different home programs that I rotate through: 21 Day Fix, Focus T25 and PiYo (An active cardio/yoga blend). I also have Zumba dvds. :) I use the gym for some classes, but mostly for running, biking and swimming- at least until the snow clears out. :)
I have oodles of workout DVDs but I rarely have done more than watch them from the couch! Walk Away the Pounds is about the only one that I have done in the past few years! I think I will have to get off the couch and give one a go! Keep posting. It motivates me! And lord knows I can use the motivation! Now for the energy!
