I found an inspiration to help me meet my peronal goal of 185#'s. One of the local bicycle supply stores has an odometer that I can mount on by bike that is currently stationary and track the miles I cover. As it is, I can only track the time I spend in the saddle.

 

If I meet my current 4% goal is 9lbs. I am beginning this today, January 25. Feel free to join me if you like. If I do not meet my goal, I will have to try again next month. Next week, we get to begin our challenge. When I achieve that, as long as I lose some this week, I will finally be in onederland. I am truely looking forward to this. Then,... two more months and I will reach my goal. Wow, what a wonderful late Easter present for me.  How will I reward myself then? (Suggestions are welcome.)
