Great post! Great tips. ALSO a tip I remember from way back when, if you feel like a snack you shouldn't have - brush your teeth. Something about not wanting to eat and food tasting ... bad... right after you brush your teeth. I have some nail polish from Christmas, so I will try yours also! This site is great! Thank you for the tips and encouragement!
