Running, walking, Pilates, elliptical,bike, dietbet & myfitnesspal.  I really need to add weight training but I really struggle making that happen.  I don't think I've had an pop since 12-26-14.  I drank diet so no calories but it did have lots of sodium.  It is also a lot more tempting to eat chips with pop than with a bottle of water!  Chips & that category of food is my biggest nemesis...by far.  I feel soooo much better since I've cleaned my diet up to a respectful level.  My clothes are fitting better - YAY!  Still have some work to do...
