According to Dietbet my 4% wil be 9.2lbs.  3 months ago I was given a 10lb challenge by a trainer at my local gym.  At stake was personal training sessions.  If I lost I would have to purchase training sessions at $100 a piece.  If I won I get her off my back.  I lost 13lbs and cried cause I couldn't believe I did it.  So I think back on what Idid back then and hopefully history can repeat itslef.

My key tips to succes were the following:

  1. Water and lots of it.  I felt like I was constantly drinking water.
  2. Hit the gym at least 3 times a week.  I did Tabata, Zumba, and occasional machine work. less Cardio and more strength training.
  3. Stop eating out.  I work full time and always on the go. I could only eat out 10 times that month.
  4. Do grocery shopping more often and learn new recepies with a greater focus on proteins and veggies.
  5. I started making smoothies and protein shakes.  Promasil was my powder of choice. Tastes great and filling.

From then til now I'll more likely stick to this as well as trying out the Blogilates calendars.  I also read up a lot on fitness tips.  To stay accountable I would like to keep a fitness journal or try my fitness pal.

Another other tips that have worked for you in the past, please feel free to share with me.

Cheers!
