Looking to lose a few pounds?  What have you done about it today?  If you want a different outcome then you have to make some changes.  If you keep doing the same thing then you will remain stuck where you are.  Today I walked 2 miles & stayed within my calorie goal.  I logged everything on myfitnesspal.com.  I am planning to sign up for more diet bets to continue my weight loss journey.
