I got batteries replaced in my digital scale.  They are about 5 lbs. over what the old style scale registers so it looks like I've gained weight even though I haven't!  I have signed up for 2 more bets.  Signing up for these bets has really kept me on track.  Sometimes I can do really good & sometimes I can't even see the track! 

December 26, 2014 I was at my highest weight for the 2nd time in my life.  Very stressful life the last 2 years paired with going over 50 = hard to lose weight. Feeling awful, clothes not fitting, not wanting to go anywhere & knowing I surely won't want to go anywhere this summer in less clothes!  It's time for a change.  I'm down 15 lbs.  Still have some work to do. 

Logging in myfitnesspal, portion control, making better food choices & exercise is working :)  Hoping some of you will join me in a game I organized to continue on the right path.

What I need to work on:  strengthening/toning.  Who is going to motivate me & keep me accountable?  2 days per week is my goal.
