It's confession time:
Since my last diet bet I have become pretty careless. Loosley sticking to clean eating but having plenty of "cheats" and also bingeing here and there. These behaviors don't leave me feeling good or satisfied. More often than not they leave me feeling empty inside and angry with myself. When I am eating clean and caring for my body I feel alive and happy. It's time to get back to that place.
I want to feel proud of my body and of my actions. Below are my goals for this week. The first week of the dietbet!
Teusday: Eat clean and drink plenty of water. Think positive thoughts about myself. Notice when negative thoughts creep in. 60 minutes of yoga.
Wednesday: HIIT workout.
Thursday: Eat clean today, even though it will be tough with after work plans. Commit to that intention and see it through.
Friday: At home workout.
Saturday: At home workout.
Sunday: Active all day with friends walking around Boston and exploring museums together.
