Way to go!! You have it all mapped out. You can do this!! Also make sure to keep crap food out of reach and decide on a 'legal snack food', which you can have in unlimited quantities, like baby carrots, grapes, maybe even nuts/seeds for a little while. I love this - I need to start preparing better food for work, my willpower is always lowest in the late afternoon and my office has so much unhealthy food. What kind of snacks do you prepare for that time of day?


It's a bit of work but I do it all on sunday evening and it really has changed everything for me. I bring 3 mini meals with me to work every day. One regular lunch + 2 "snacks." The first snack is always an apple or pear blended with protein powder. The second is 4 egg whites and 2 cups of steamed kale, swiss chard etc. Works like a charm and leaves me feeling so healthy.
