Feeling good about how this is starting out. Last month I borrowed a bunch of Biggest Loser Books for ideas and motivation. I was really wanting to focus on cookbooks so that I could change up what I've been doing with what I should be doing. I also borrowed what I'll call some process books like 30-Day Jump Start, Simple Swaps and 6 Weeks to a Healthier You. I decided to use the meal plans and menus found in 6 Weeks to a Healthier You because at the end of the day that is my goal to be healthier which of course includes thinner. Yesterday was the start day and I feel like I ate well, I wasn't famished during the day and after shoveling out my car for over an hour I slept better than I have in a while. Managed to get a whole 7 hours of sleep according to my fitbit. My before picture is a hot mess but I'm looking forward to a much better after picture.
