Planning today for what you will eat tomorrow is the biggest challenge thus far. That and dealing with the weather. It took until Wednesday for me to figure out what time I needed to leave my house to get to work on time using public transportation. Each day was train to work, train home and figuring our my meals for the next day. Still haven't figured out how to get a workout in other than shoveling the car out on Monday my only exercise has been the additional walking involved with using public transportation. But I like to say if it doesn't go in your mouth it can't end up on your ... Down 9 pounds and very pleased.
