Holy crap! I can't believe my first Dietbet is almost over! It's been an interesting (almost) 4 weeks since my first post and even though I have had a sort of rocky start, I have actually met and exceeded my goal...slightly.

I would have to attribute my sucess this go round to being sick for over a week and a half. Nothing tasted good, therefore I did not want to eat anything! On the flip side, I did not have any energy to work out at all. Of course now that my medicine has kicked in, I find myself wanting all the things I shouldn't eat!!! I have been staying strong, especially since I don't want to not win this bet at this stage of the game. It would suck to have lost all my weight and then gain a little bit back and not win!

My goal for this week is to fit a work out in at least 3 times. Easier said then done. I just started back for my last semester of Respiratory school, plus work and making time for my kids/husband/housework! I been trying for 30 mins in the evening, after my littlest one goes to bed, so far it's been a no go. Fingers crossed for tonight!
